Anna Lewandowska is the Co-Founder and Board Member of Perse Institute, where she is responsible for sales, business operations, and finance. She combines strategic oversight with hands-on management of client relationships, financial processes, and organizational development.
Alongside her role at Perse Institute, Anna collaborates with the Pomeranian Film Foundation in Gdynia and the Gdynia Film Centre, supporting the delivery of cultural and educational initiatives. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in event management, with particular expertise in sales leadership and managing teams that support large-scale events and projects.
Throughout her career, she has successfully coordinated complex operations, optimized business processes and sales systems development, and led teams in dynamic environments, ensuring high-quality execution and sustainable growth. Her professional strengths include relationship building, operational excellence, financial management, and customer-focused service delivery.
Anna holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk, providing her with a strong foundation in business administration, finance, and organizational management. Her experience bridges the worlds of business, culture, and education, enabling her to contribute effectively to the development of innovative and impactful learning initiatives.
