Submission of a completed registration form constitutes an application to participate in the online training and an obligation to pay the training fee.
After receiving the registration form, Perse Institute will send a confirmation of participation along with a VAT invoice within a maximum of 48 hours.
Access instructions for the online training (login link, platform details, technical requirements) will be provided prior to the training (no later than 7 days before the training date).
The participant is responsible for ensuring adequate technical conditions enabling participation (stable internet connection, camera/microphone access if required).
The online training includes: a. Coffee breaks of 15 minutes each, scheduled after each training block or after a maximum of 90 minutes of training; b. A lunch break (from 45 to 60 minutes – determined each time by the trainer in consultation with the group) in the case of full-day training sessions.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing (by email to contact@perseinstitute.com). a. More than 14 days before the training date: an administrative fee of 100 EUR + VAT applies. b. 14 days or fewer before the training date: the full training fee applies.
Non-attendance without prior cancellation results in full training fee charges.
A substitute participant may be appointed no later than 48 hours before the training (by email to contact@perseinstitute.com).
Perse Institute reserves the right to change the program, date, trainer, or format of the online training, or to cancel the event due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.
All training content, including video sessions, slides, exercises, recordings, and digital materials, is protected by copyright. It is prohibited to copy, record, distribute, or share any materials without the express written permission of Perse Institute.
For online sessions, participants are not granted any recording rights. Screenshots, screen captures, and audio/video recordings are strictly prohibited.
